At 10K Perfumes, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of fragrance products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used perfumes.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photos or videos to verify the issue before processing a replacement.

To be eligible for a replacement:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Proof of purchase must be provided.

We reserve the right to decline refund or replacement requests that do not meet these conditions.
